Roast Pork Tenderloin
Roast Pork Tenderloin is an easy dinner. Made with 1 tsp. dried whole rosemary, crushed, 1 tsp. dried whole thyme, 1 large clove garlic, minced, 2 (1 1/2 to 2 lb.) pork tenderloins and 1/4 c. butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine herbs and garlic; set aside.
Brush tenderloins with butter and roll in herb mixture, coating evenly.
Place tenderloins, fat side up, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer into thickest part of tenderloin, making sure thermometer does not touch fat.
Drizzle any remaining butter over meat.
Bake at 375Β° for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
