Roast Beef Rolls
Roast Beef Rolls is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. fresh mushrooms, minced, 1 c. onion, minced, 8 slices cold roast beef, sliced very thin (approximately 1/2 oz. each), 1/4 c. no fat thousand island dressing (20 calories or less per tbsp.) and 2 tbsp. + 2 tsp. reduced calorie margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Saute mushrooms and onion in margarine until lightly browned.
Spread roast beef slices with mushroom and onion filling.
Roll each slice of beef and place seam side down in 8 x 12-inch baking dish sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray.
Spoon dressing evenly over beef rolls.
Bake 10 minutes or until rolls are heated through.
