Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. converted rice, 2 1/2 c. water, 1 tsp. salt, 3 c. milk and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine rice, water and salt in a small saucepan.
Heat to boiling, stirring often.
Lower heat.
Cover and simmer over low heat for 25 minutes or until water is absorbed.
Add milk, vanilla, sugar and eggs.
Mix well and pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Set aside in a baking pan.
Pour hot water into baking pan to 1-inch depth.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until knife inserted 1-inch from edges comes back clean. Remove casserole dish from hot water to a wire rack.
Let cool.
