Ranch House Steak
Ranch House Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. round steak, 1/4 c. flour, 2 tsp. dry mustard, 1/4 c. oil and 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Trim excess fat from meat and slash edges of meat.
Combine flour, mustard, salt and pepper and coat meat.
Brown meat in oil; remove the meat and add flour mixture that remains.
Add a little water and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook until thick.
Replace meat in gravy and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
