Quick Chicken and Dumplings
Quick Chicken And Dumplings is an easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned and cut up, 8 to 10 c. chicken broth, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 pkg. flour tortillas and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook chicken; remove from broth.
Debone and cut.
Add soup; bring to low boil, blending soup with broth well.
Add cut up chicken to broth.
Cut flour tortillas in half, then each half into several small pieces.
Drop tortilla pieces into boiling broth.
Cook on medium heat, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
Reduce to simmer and cover.
