Quesadilla Party Wedges
Quesadilla Party Wedges is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 (8-inch) flour tortillas, 1 lb. monterey jack cheese, shredded, 7 oz. can green chilies, 4 1/2 oz. can black olives, chopped and 3 avocados, peeled and sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brush 6 tortillas with water and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Spread 2/3 cup of cheese over each tortilla.
Sprinkle with some diced olives and chilies.
Top each with another tortilla.
Brush tortilla lightly with water.
Cover baking sheets with foil.
Bake at 300Β° for 15 minutes or until hot and cheese is completely melted.
Remove from oven and cut each tortilla into 6 wedges.
Top each wedge with an avocado slice and brush with lemon juice.
Add hot sauce, if desired.
