Pumpkin Soup
Pumpkin Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 1 onion, diced, 2 stalks celery, diced, 1 carrot, diced and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a soup pot.
Saute the onion. Add the diced celery and carrot.
Cook a little, allowing the vegetables to glaze slightly.
Remove from heat.
Blend in 2 tablespoons of flour.
Add pumpkin and stir.
Gradually add chicken broth, white pepper and sugar.
Bring to a boil, uncovered.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
