Potato Soup
Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 eggs, 4 or 5 2/3 c. flour, 3 slices bacon, 1/2 stick butter and 8 potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Peel and dice potatoes; add pieces of bacon and minced onion. Bring to a boil in water.
When potatoes are done in the middle, drain water off and leave in the pan.
Mix eggs and flour together until the mixture is not runny.
Add milk to potatoes and butter. Bring to a boil, then remove from burner.
Add flour and egg mixture.
Separate with a fork and cover with the lid.
Soup ready to serve in 1/2 hour.
