Potato Bacon Soup
Potato Bacon Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices bacon, cut up, 2 c. cubed potatoes, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, 1 c. sour cream and 1 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Fry bacon, until crisp, in a 3-quart pan.
Add onion and saute two or three minutes.
Pour off fat.
Add potatoes and water and simmer 10 to 15 minutes until tender.
Stir in soup, sour cream, salt and parsley.
Gradually add milk.
Heat to serving temperature.
Do not boil.
Yields 7 cups.
