Pork Goulash(Gulasz Wieprzowy) is an moderately easy dinner. Use cheaper cuts of meat.
Have butcher bone and cut meat into serving pieces.
Combine in heavy casserole the meat, onions, seasoning and paprika and simmer, tightly covered, turning occasionally, until meat browns.
Dust with flour and add soup stock, tomato purée and the parboiled potatoes.
Cover and continue to simmer until meat and potatoes are done, about 1 hour. Serves 6.
