Pork Chop and Fried Rice
Pork Chop And Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Mix soups together in a bowl.
Add 1 soup can of water.
Stir together.
Remove 1 1/2 cups of soup to use later.
Mix rice and seasoning in bowl with remaining soup.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Place chops on rice/soup mixture and pour reserved 1 1/2 cups soup over chops.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake at 300Β° for 2 hours.
Remove foil and bake 10 to 15 minutes more to brown top.
