Made with 2 to 3 c. cooked chicken, cut in small pieces, 1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp. curry powder, 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice and 1/2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook chicken in salt water until tender.
Drain and cut in small pieces.
