"Poke" Chops
"Poke" Chops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 pork chops, meat tenderizer, 1/3 c. soy sauce, 1/3 c. worcestershire sauce and 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Sprinkle chops with meat tenderizer and "poke" into meat with fork.
Combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oil and garlic salt in a shallow pan or casserole dish.
Put the pork chops in the marinade and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).
"Poke" and turn occasionally.
Cook on a grill for about 10 minutes on each side (can be broiled in oven). Baste with leftover marinade while meat cooks.
