Pizza Marghamita
Pizza Marghamita is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 1 1/3 c. warm water, 1/2 c. olive oil, 1 tsp. salt and 3 c. semolina flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Add yeast to warm water.
Allow to proof 5 minutes.
Mix in oil and salt.
Stir in flours until blended.
On well-floured board, knead until smooth and elastic 5 to 15 minutes.
Let rise in covered bowl in cool place for 1 hour.
Knead again briefly. Form into 2 balls.
Flatten each into 14-inch rounds.
Cover with vegetables and cheeses (shredded).
Sprinkle with herbs.
Bake at 450Β° for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
