Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 lb. boneless sirloin steak, cut into thin slices, 2 c. green or sweet red pepper strips, 1 medium onion, cut into wedges and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In skillet, put in 1 tablespoon hot oil.
Cook beef, half at a time, until brown, stirring often.
Remove; set aside.
Put in remaining 1 tablespoon of oil.
Cook peppers and onion with garlic powder until tender, stirring often.
Stir in gravy and Worcestershire sauce.
Heat to boiling.
Return beef to skillet. Serve over rice.
