Oven Swiss Steak
Oven Swiss Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. boneless round steak, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. oil and 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes (undrained), chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut meat into bite size pieces.
Combine 2 tablespoons flour and salt; dredge steak in flour mixture.
Brown in hot oil in large skillet; remove and place in greased baking dish.
Add 2 tablespoons flour to pan drippings; cook over medium heat for 1 minute.
Add tomatoes, celery, carrots and onion; cook until thick.
Stir in soy sauce.
Pour over steak.
Cover; bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350Β°.
Serve over rice.
