Oriental Flank Steak
Oriental Flank Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 1/2 lb.) flank steak, 5 green onions, chopped, 3/4 c. vegetable oil, 1/2 c. soy sauce and 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place steak in large shallow dish.
Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Pour over steak; cover and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours, turning steak occasionally.
Drain steak, reserving marinade.
Grill over hot coals 10 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness, basting often with marinade.
To serve, slice across grain into thin slices.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
