Onion Casserole
Onion Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 3 medium onions, quartered, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped up, bread crumbs (4 or 5 slices) and 1/2 stick butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil onions until almost done; drain.
Place onions in the bottom of a buttered 8 x 8-inch dish.
Sprinkle eggs over onions. Pour soup over eggs.
Mix butter and bread crumbs.
Put on top of eggs.
Cook at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
