Old Fashion Rice Pudding
Old Fashion Rice Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. raw white rice, 3 c. milk, 4 eggs, 3/4 c. sugar and 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In heavy saucepan, heat rice and milk just to boiling.
Cover and simmer until rice is done, about 30 minutes.
Stir every now and then.
Make sure rice is done.
Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla together.
When rice is done, add egg mixture gradually, stirring all the time.
Let mixture come to a slight boil as it thickens. Pour into dish or cups of your choice.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Chill.
