Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Oatmeal Raisin Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 c. oatmeal and 1 c. brown sugar, packed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Preheat oven to 300Β°.
In a medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt and oatmeal.
Mix well and set aside.
In a large bowl cream butter and both brown and white sugar; add vanilla and eggs. Beat until light and fluffy.
Add flour mixture and raisins. Blend until combined.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets, 1 1/2 inches apart.
Bake 22 minutes or until light golden brown.
Makes 3 dozen.
