No Fry Donuts
No Fry Donuts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. dry yeast, 1/2 c. warm water, 1 1/2 c. lukewarm milk, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In large mixer bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add milk, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, eggs, shortening and 2 cups flour and blend for 1/2 minute on slow speed.
Stir in remaining flour until smooth.
Cover.
Let rise until double or rise in refrigerator overnight.
Dough will be soft.
Roll around on flour covered board to coat with flour.
Roll gently to 1/2-inch thick and cut donuts.
Lift donuts carefully and place on greased cookie sheet.
Brush with butter and let rise until double.
Bake at 450Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Coat baked donuts with cinnamon/sugar mixture.
