No Bake Fruit Cake
No Bake Fruit Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. miniature marshmallows, 8 c. graham cracker crumbs, 2 c. raisins, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped dates and 1 1/2 c. candied fruit (i use cherries and pineapple), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine all ingredients except orange juice and milk.
Mix well (takes a very large container to mix in).
Add orange juice and milk and pack firmly into a wax paper lined pan.
(Use loaf or round tin.)
Cover with foil or lid and refrigerate for at least 2 days before serving.
