My Mom's Roast Beef
My Mom'S Roast Beef is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. roast beef, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup, 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, 1 medium onion, sliced and 1 green pepper, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place meat in an 8 x 12-inch cake pan lined with foil paper (enough to be able to wrap meat after all ingredients have been put in).
Place on top of meat the onion, green pepper, bay leaves, garlic and mushrooms.
Add tomato soup straight from the can on top of ingredients, then add ketchup.
Wrap meat up with foil.
Bake in oven at 350Β° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
