Mushroom Steak
Mushroom Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in 6 parts (salt and pepper lightly), 1/4 c. oil, 1/4 c. water, 2 medium onions, sliced 4 parts and 6 small potatoes, peeled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown floured steak in oil.
Place onions under steak.
Spoon mushroom soup over steak and add water.
Place potatoes and carrots on top and bake or cook in electric skillet for 2 hours at low heat.
Serves 4 to 6.
