Mom's Dinner Meat Loaf
Mom'S Dinner Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, chuck or venison, 1 onion, chopped, 1/2 bell pepper, chopped, 1 c. regular oats and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Brown and drain ground meat.
Lightly saute onion and bell pepper.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients and, using your hands, mix everything together well.
Spray cooking spray on 9 x 13-inch Pyrex baking dish.
Put meat mixture into baking dish and pack well.
Bake in 350Β° oven for about an hour.
Drain off any excess grease that cooks out of the meat loaf.
Cover top of meat loaf with ketchup and cook for 15 more minutes.
