Mom's Christmas Pie
Mom'S Christmas Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 c. milk, 2 egg whites, well beaten and 1/4 c. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Melt butter and blend in cornstarch, sugar and salt.
Gradually add milk to melted butter mixture.
Cook mixture until fairly thickened.
