Mock Steak With Gravy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. ground beef, 1 c. soda crackers, crushed, 1 c. water, 1 tsp. steak sauce and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix ground beef, crackers, salt and water.
Form into balls and refrigerate overnight.
Next day, slice meat and brown in a skillet.
Place slices in covered baking dish.
Mix cream of mushroom soup, flour, steak sauce and second cup of water and pour over meat.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours. Very good.
