Microwave Chili
Microwave Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste and 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Crumble ground beef in a 2-quart glass casserole.
Stir in onion and green pepper.
Cover.
Microwave 6 to 8 minutes on High or until beef is browned.
Drain and stir in remaining ingredients.
Re-cover and microwave 20 to 25 minutes on medium or until hot. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Yields 5 to 7 servings.
