Mexican Casserole
Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 tbsp. minced onion, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce and 1 c. chopped or sliced olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Fry beef; drain off fat.
Add onion, garlic, tomato sauce and olives to beef.
Combine in bowl the sour cream, cottage cheese and green chilies. Crush tortilla chips slightly, reserving a few whole ones for garnish.
Place 1/4 chips in bottom of well buttered or sprayed 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Add 1/4 meat mixture; cover with 1/4 sour cream mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Repeat layers.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes, or cook in microwave for approximately 7 minutes.
Turn and cook 7 minutes more.
