Mexi-Chili Casserole
Mexi-Chili Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips, 2 c. shredded sharp cheese, 1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans, 1 (15 oz.) can enchilada sauce and 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 375°.
Reserve 1 cup of corn chips and 1/2 cup cheese.
Combine remaining chips and cheese with the chili, sauces and onion; pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, in a 375° oven for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Spread top with sour cream.
Sprinkle with reserved cheese and corn chips.
Bake 5 minutes longer.
