Meatballs and Noodles
Meatballs And Noodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground meat, 1 large can milk, 1 can condensed vegetable soup, 1/2 c. bread crumbs and 2 tbsp. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix together ground meat, milk, bread crumbs, chopped onion, salt and pepper.
Make into balls; roll in flour in small amount of fat.
Fry until brown; remove from pan.
Leave small amount of fat in frypan.
Add 1 can vegetable soup and rest of canned milk.
Heat until it begins to boil.
Pour over 3 or 4 cups cooked and drained noodles.
Cook and drain noodles.
Place meatballs on top and serve hot.
