Low-Fat Barbecued Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, remove skin and all fat, 2/3 c. catsup, 4 tbsp. brown sugar and 4 tbsp. white vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine catsup, sugar and vinegar in skillet.
Simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.
Add chicken breasts.
Cover skillet with lid. Turn chicken once or twice while cooking.
Add a little water while cooking if needed.
Simmer for 40 minutes.
Chicken legs and thighs can also be used.
Just remove the skin first.
