Low-Fat 1 Serving Lasagna Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 strip cooked lasagna, 1/4 c. dietetic italian spaghetti sauce, 1/4 c. cottage cheese, 1 oz. american, cheddar or mozzarella cheese, sliced and diced and 4 tbsp. green pepper, sliced and diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cut strip of cooked lasagna into 3 pieces.
Alternately add the following ingredients in layers in a 10 ounce casserole: 1 tablespoon spaghetti sauce, one piece lasagna, bits of cheese and cottage cheese and green pepper.
Continue this procedure, ending with the sauce.
Save a few pieces of cheese to top the mixture. Bake at 350Β° for about 30 minutes.
