Lo-Cal Cranberry Salad
Lo-Cal Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large diet raspberry or strawberry gelatin, 1/2 c. boiling water, 2 c. cranberries, 1 small apple and 1 c. crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix and set aside gelatin and water.
Chop in blender the cranberries (I use canned cranberries) and apple.
Add gelatin and mix well.
Add pineapple, banana and orange juice.
Chill in favorite dish or gelatin mold and serve.
