Lazy Day Coffee Cake
Lazy Day Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. margarine, softened, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 c. sour cream and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and sour cream, mix well.
Combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt and nutmeg.
Add to batter and mix well.
Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Combine brown sugar, pecans and cinnamon.
Sprinkle half of mixture over cake and swirl through batter.
Sprinkle the rest on top.
Cover and chill overnight. Uncover and bake in 350Β° oven 35 to 45 minutes.
