Kluski(Polish Dumplings)
Kluski(Polish Dumplings) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large raw potato, 1/8 tsp. salt and flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Use a deep kettle 2/3 full of water.
Bring to boil.
Peel potato and grate finely.
Add salt.
Start adding flour a little at a time, to grated potato until it is hard to mix with a spoon and very stiff.
Drop 1/2 teaspoon-size balls into boiling water, a few at a time.
Be careful so it does not boil over.
Dumplings will rise to top when just about done.
Remove from water and drain. Use with Czarnina.
May also be used with pork chops, beef or fried with onions.
