Jambalaya
Jambalaya is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. spicy smoked sausage, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 large onion, chopped, 2 cloves garlic, minced and 1 green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Sausages in greased Dutch oven over medium heat until well browned.
Transfer plate.
Discard drippings from pot. Add margarine; heat.
Add onion. Cook over medium-low heat
2 minutes.
Garlic. Cook 3 minutes.
Add green and red pepper, tomatoes
(drained), thyme, chili powder, ground red pepper and sugar. Cook, covered, over low heat for 15 minutes.
