Italian Round Steak

Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak, tenderized, 1 onion, sliced, 2 tbsp. onion soup mix, 1/4 c. wine and 1/2 tsp. each: oregano, parsley and basil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Rub flour, salt and pepper into round steak.
Brown in a skillet.
Add remaining ingredients.
