Saute onion and celery in oil until soft.
Add tomato paste mixed with water and seasonings.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer 1 hour. Cook macaroni and drain.
Mix cottage cheese, macaroni and sauce in large casserole dish.

Bake at 300Β° for 30 minutes or until the cheese is all melted.
