Italian Chicken Pasta
Italian Chicken Pasta is an impressive Italian pasta dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 18 minutes. Made with penne pasta (2 c. uncooked), . chicken bouillon, . olive oil, garlic, chopped and c. zucchini, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Boil pasta in 6 cups water with bouillon. Drain and set aside. In skillet, pour 1 tablespoon olive oil and heat.
Saute chopped garlic, zucchini, basil, oregano, salt and pepper for 1 to 2 minutes. Add chicken and cook until chicken is done and zucchini is tender, tossing lightly.
Add tomatoes; reduce heat.
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve over pasta.
Garnish with freshly grated Parmesan.
