Irish Coffee Cake
Irish Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. butter, 6 oz. flour, sifted, 1 tbsp. brown sugar, 1/2 oz. gelatin and 1 pt. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat butter and 4 ounces sugar until white and creamy.
Add beaten eggs and mix together.
Mix in flour.
Pour into oblong baking pan and bake at 325Β° for about 50 minutes.
Turn onto wire rack and cool.
Make coffee.
Add gelatin, brown sugar and whiskey and pour evenly over cake.
Chill about 1 hour.
Spread the whipped cream over cake.
Decorate with grated walnuts.
