Hungarian Mushroom Soup
Hungarian Mushroom Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. mushrooms, sliced, 2 c. onions, chopped, 4 tbsp. butter, 3 tbsp. flour and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Saute the onions in 2 tablespoons of butter.
Salt slightly. In a few minutes add the mushrooms, dill weed, 1/2 cup stock or water, tamari and paprika.
Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large saucepan.
Whisk in flour and cook a few minutes.
Whisk in milk.
Cook; stir frequently over low heat, about 10 minutes, until thick.
Stir in mushroom mixture and remaining stock or water.
Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
