Hot Venison Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. ground meat, chopped bacon to taste, 1 onion, chopped, 1 clove garlic, minced and 3 cans beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Brown bacon and drain browned venison in bacon grease with onion and garlic.
Combine all ingredients except the fresh and pickled peppers in a large pot and bring to simmer.
