Honey Mustard Scallop Kabobs
Honey Mustard Scallop Kabobs is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 12 minutes. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Drain scallops, reserving marinade.
Preheat broiler.
On four 14-inch skewers, alternately thread scallops, cherry tomatoes, green pepper cubes and mushrooms.
Place kabobs on foil lined broiler pan.
Broil 3-inches from source of heat, about 8 minutes, basting with reserved marinade and turning occasionally.
