Homemade Egg Noodles
Homemade Egg Noodles is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 2 eggs, beaten and 3 to 4 tbsp. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Measure all ingredients together in a bowl.
Mix by hand. Roll out on a well-floured surface, as thin as possible.
Let dry 1 to 2 hours.
Cut in 4 sections.
Roll up 1 section like a scroll.
Thinly slice all sections and fluff with flour.
Spread out noodles and let dry 1 hour.
Drop in boiling water and stir. Boil 15 to 20 minutes.
Drain well.
Run under warm water to rinse all flour off.
