Homemade Chili
Homemade Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 lb. onions, diced (3 onions), 1 large green pepper, diced, 3 ribs celery and 2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes or 46 oz. can tomato juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown first 4 ingredients in small amount of cooking oil. Stir occasionally to separate.
Drain.
Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 2 1/2 hours on stove top.
Stir frequently.
If sauce becomes too dry, add a small amount of water.
