Herb-Marinated Chicken on the Grill
Herb-Marinated Chicken On The Grill is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large boneless chicken breasts, 1/2 c. white cooking wine, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. vinegar and 2 tsp. dried basil, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place in Ziploc bag.
For marinade, in a bowl, combine cooking wine, oil, vinegar, basil, oregano, onion powder and garlic.
Pour over chicken to coat well.
Marinate 5 to 24 hours in the refrigerator, turning bag occasionally.
Drain, reserving marinade.
Grill on an uncovered grill over medium coals for 20 minutes, brushing occasionally with marinade.
Turn chicken and grill for 15 to 25 minutes more or until tender and no longer pink, brushing often with marinade.
