Saute onion slightly in Pam-sprayed pan.
Add flour, mustard, salt and pepper.
Gradually add milk and broth, stirring constantly.
Cook until thickened.

Bake in 13 x 9-inch Pam-sprayed pan at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
