Hamburger Stretch

Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 2 or 3 slices bread, torn into small pieces, 1/2 onion, chopped, or can use minced onion, 1 egg and dash of worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In mixing bowl, slightly beat egg.
Add bread pieces, onion, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper; mix together.
Add enough milk to moisten.
Crumble ground chuck into bowl and mix well.
Form into patties and fry in small amount of oil over medium heat.
