Grilled Red Snapper
Grilled Red Snapper is an moderately easy dinner. Made with vegetable spray, 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced, 4 red snapper fillets, 1 lime, peeled and thinly sliced and 1 tomato, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Spray vegetable spray to the center of 4 pieces of foil about twice the size of the fillet.
Put 1/4 of the onions over the sprayed area of each foil.
Add fillet.
Top each fillet with 1/4 of lime slices, the chopped tomato, pepper and thyme.
Seal foil tightly, folding twice.
Grill over hot coals or in oven 7 to 12 minutes or when fish flakes with fork.
